Greg Welk, Ph.D. - Iowa State University
Dr. Welk is a Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at ISU. He is a physical activity and public health researcher with interests focused on the development of measurement tools that can improve both research and practice. He coordinated the original research on the FNPA by Dr. Michelle Ihmels as part of her dissertation research and has facilitated ongoing research with the tool over time. Research on the FNPA continues to be a major theme within the Physical Activity and Health Promotion Lab, which he contributes to within the Department. General questions about the evolution and specific requests about the use of the ISU-Trademarked FNPA tool can be directed to him at [email protected]).
