We encourage adoption and utilization of the FNPA tool for research or outreach efforts, but request that the foundational research be cited to document the sources of the tool.

FNPA / EPIC IntegrationThe clinical team at Geisinger Health Systems has enabled a direct integration of the FNPA with EPIC. A resource guide has been developed with EPIC to directly facilitate the integration. Completion of a brief form is needed to activate your request.
